Pure Valley Australian salted butter is delicious and very versatile. it has use in all forms of cooking and baking, adding a smooth fat without additives. it’s also a great start to any sandwich or roll. Thiugh it may appear to be hard to spread, left in a butter dish (just like mum used to do) it comes to a spreadable consistency and does not deteriorate out of the fridge. So much better than spreads with additives and palm oil.
