Avo, avocados! One of my favourite fruits. Yummy and delicious on toast with a sprinkle of salt. The humble avocado with numerous possible culinary use. Can be used in salads, smoothies, topping for pastas, or just eat it as is with a dash of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. I love avocado.
