Buying avocados in bulk gives me fresh ones everyday & it easy cheaper as well. If they're not ripe rnough just put them next to other fruit & they ripen in a day or 2. I love them on toast with Vegemite or just straight from the shell & just eat them with lemon & salt. Also great to add to salads or to make guacamole to go with burritos. I always have a use for them.
