For this price, I should give the confidence 3-ply extra soft toilet tissue five stars but i did not for a reason. The three most important things in toilet paper for me are: Softness (Is it gentle?); Separation (Does it tear off easily?) & Strength (Will it rip when you wipe?). It is soft enough for my delicate bum and the separation is ok. Strength is also average. Plus the roll is tiny and I feel like I have to reach out for a new roll often. Thus the 4 stars.
