I wasn't sure what to expect from Southern Blue Whiting, but these Ocean Royale fillets are fantastic. The texture is firm and flaky, not mushy at all, with a very mild, sweet flavor. No strong "fishy" taste. I pan-seared them with lemon and garlic, and they held together perfectly. Excellent value for the quality. Will definitely buy again.
