this baking powder is HUGE and was SO cheap! how did I not know about this from Aldi sooner!! I find you get more bang for your buck when you use plain flour and add baking powder yourself!

This baking powder stays so much fresher in this pack. It’s easy to open when you have sticky hands from cooking and to get a spoon in there to measure it out. Its a big pack so it lasts for months.
