Photo Review of White Sourdough Bread

This white sourdough bread has a really nice balance of flavour and texture. The crust is lightly crisp on the outside, especially when toasted, but not too hard to bite through. Inside, the crumb is soft with a slight chew and small air pockets, which is what I look for in a good sourdough. The flavour has that mild tang you expect from sourdough, but it’s not overpowering, so it works well for both sweet and savoury toppings. I’ve used it for toast, sandwiches, and even grilled cheese, and it holds up nicely without going soggy.
