Straight forward and no frills bicarb soda, have used it for baking and also for cleaning and find it’s comparable to branded product. Works great and at a more affordable price point

well - bicarb soda is a pretty basic product. not much separates one from the other. it does what I want it to. I used it for a chocolate chip and raisin cookie recipe using some sourdough discard. biscuits worked really well. also useful for cleaning
