has a smooth taste and despite light, it’s thick as normal Greek really thick yogurts. has a better tatter than any of their other brands / supermarkets I think.

this yoghurt is very good, it is high in protein and extremely low fat, ideal for fitness and dieting. it has a simple ingredient list: just skim milk and a few others however it is quite bland and chalky in taste but nothing some flavour drops of protein powder cant sort out. overall the pros outweigh tbe cons hence the 5 star review i have given it.

High in protein, low in calories, reasonably priced. It is hugely popular for fat loss and I’ve often seen it sold out in Aldi. It’s great mix with museli and mixed fruit. I also love using it to create salad dressing to replace mayo. It is a bit sour though, so I tend to not eat it on its own.

High protein yoghurt that is super healthy and good for your gut. Comes in a reasonable 900g size pack and tastes better with fruit added. Very affordable although doesng taste the best, is a little chalky and can be hard to find on the shelf at times.
