this yoghurt is very good, it is high in protein and extremely low fat, ideal for fitness and dieting. it has a simple ingredient list: just skim milk and a few others however it is quite bland and chalky in taste but nothing some flavour drops of protein powder cant sort out. overall the pros outweigh tbe cons hence the 5 star review i have given it.
