One of the best grated parmisan cheeses of its kind. Reminds me of my Nonno serving upSunday lunch on a Sunday afternoon, sun shining through on the orange or red chequered tablecloth... I'd put so much of this parmesan on my spaghetti that I'd be scolded. People get offended when I use this parmesan because I put on so much, they chef thinks I don't like they're cooking 🤣 I still do it.. This parmisan is the same as it's always been and it will never change.
