Aldi brand white mill Self Raising Flour is from Australian grown wheat . Has been triple sifted and unbleached . My wife uses this product for all her cooking baking delicious cookies and cakes . Mixes very nicely and cakes rise to be beautiful. Is a cheaper brand .
