Great value and an easy way to make a healthy breakfast - these are the main ingredient for my overnight oats; a 750g bag goes a long way when you use 1/3 cup of oats each day. Want to try the recipe? - 1/3 cup rolled oats - 1tbsp black chia seeds - 2tsp dried goji berries - 1tsp pepitas - 1tsp powdered açai berry - 2tsp LSA (Linseed, Soy & Almond) meal - 3/4 cup of lite milk Mix all ingredients together well with a spoon in a bowl/container and allow to sit in fridge overnight.
