Its a big saving compared to branded one and its a value for money. Its made from 100% whole grain oats and are a good source of fiber and providing sustained energy. Its easy to prepare and add some honey, cashew or sultanas to enhance their flavour.

These oats are a great breakfast option which are very nutritious and also budget friendly. They are perfect for busy mornings and versatile enough for sweet or savoury dishes. They are high in fibre so keep you full for longer periods and are good for diabetic diet.Just add hot water or milk to make a healthy porridge, add fruit and honey-your choice.Add to smoothies for extra fibre.I use them in baking also-muffins,oat bars and pancakes. They have some cons also, their high fibre content sometimes may cause gas and bloating and sometimes their phytic acid content can inhibit absorption of minerals like calcium ,iron-but soaking or fermenting oats can reduce this effect.Use them in moderation.
