these are super healthy and is great for breakfast with milk, honey and fruit. low in calories and full of fiber. I Also use it to make homemade muesli bars. great value. I only wish it was available in a 1kg pack

The Golden Vale quick oats come to 750 g packet they are extremely convenient and easy to use. You simply pop them in the microwave with a bit of milk or water and heat them for Nearly 2 minutes they’re very good value purchase from Aldi

can't go wrong with quick oats. it sucks that aldi doesn't sell the bulk size likes Coles does though

The oats cook very quickly—just one minute in the microwave, or you can use hot water. The texture isn’t remarkable, but it’s cheap.
