Delicious, reasonably priced Greek yoghurt with only 3.6g fat per 100g. Great with muesli, or mixed with protein powder for a guilt-free snack loaded with protein.

I purchased Lyttos Greek Style Yoghurt 1kg. I love to put it on my Muesli in the morning. It is a good source of Calicum and protein and 56% less fat so you can eat this Yoghurt daily with no guilt just heaps of goodness.
