Review of LYTTOS Greek Style Yogurt 1kg

This yoghurt from Aldi is one of the best value Greek yoghurt options around. The flavour and consistency are as good as any of the name brands elsewhere. I particularly like to use it to make labeneh. Simply mix in a little salt, tie up in muslin and hang from a cupboard door handle over a bowl for the day. Great fresh as is on some Turkish bread, or add in other flavours to make a delicious creamy dip.
