This shaved ham was not bad for the price. I can see that it is processed ham and not off the bone. It is good enough for sandwiches and wraps. It has a salty taste with a slight sweetness due to the honey. I find that the cold meat in these plastic packaging sometimes is a little slimy but overall it is good and tasty.
