Great value for money Danish style fetta from Aldi. This time around I used it to make kifle- balkan style cheese rolls. They were delicious and the 200g is a perfect amount for 18rolls. Also used in greek salad, and breaky eggs. Its tart, salty, and creamy all at the same time.

The Emporium danish feta is a really good value by from Aldi. It’s made in Australia from at least 96% Australian ingredient it’s a very smooth soft creamy style feta that I use in pumpkin and feta tarts and absolutely delicious.
