I always have frozen mixed vegetables in my freezer (my fav conbination is peas, corns, bell peppers and carrots) as they are a convenient and affordable way to incorporate a variety of vegetables into meals. Love their versatility, I often used them in stir-fries, soups, casseroles, and as a side dish. While i find the taste and texture excellent, some brands have occasional issues with specific vegetables like runner beans or rubbery carrots. Overall, frozen mixed vegetables are considered a good option for quick, easy, and healthy meals, especially when fresh vegetables are not readily available or when time is limited. Love them!
