Pistachios is one of my favorite nuts. I like them roasted and salted which this one is. They need to be eaten when they’re fresh. Nothing worse than eating stale pistachios. Once the packet has been opened, store the rest in an air tight container to keep them fresh longer, and finished them in a reasonable time frame. Versatile to use as a gift for someone.
