This Slow Cooked Shredded Beef Ragu Sauce with Pappardelle may be the king of all pastas. It is hands down one of my all time favourite pastas ever!

Easy quick frozen meal. Cheap and a no brainer for a last minute dinner or lunch. Stores well and tastes good. Also good calorie to protein ratio given its a frozen meal.

The sauce is nice however the thick noodles kind of clump together and it’s a bit gluggy. You have to use a knife to cut everything up and get all the noodles in the sauce.
