Forresters Australian Almonds Dry Roasted is a good value for money at Aldi. The quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes they taste so good, but another time they are not. They are a good source of protein, vitamins and fiber which contributes to heart health by lowering cholesterol and inflammation. They are great for snacks, also to add them in cakes and breads. I recommend this product.
