I’ve been buying capsicums from Aldi for a while now, and they are consistently fresh, firm, and affordable. The colours (red, green, yellow) are vibrant, and they have a good crunch whether you’re using them in salads, stir-fries, or roasting them. They last well in the fridge without going soft too quickly, which I appreciate when meal prepping for the week. I also find them sweeter and less watery than some I’ve bought elsewhere. Great value for the price, making it easy to add more veggies into your meals without breaking the budget.

Good size. Good color. Good quality. You have to buy 4 or 5 together so in some case probable is too much but if you need it is a good option

Nice and crispy. Perfect fresh or cooked.

I used these fresh red capsicum in a slow cooked chicken and churizo gumbo. even after several hours on low they still held their colour and crunch. they are deliciously sweet and juicy.
