I started having Greek style yoghurt since it is healthier than the other yoghurt. It has less sugar than other yoghurt but because of it, it doesn't taste that sweet. I tend to add a bit of honey to enhance the taste and up the sweetness.

Like the flavour and taste of the yoghurt. Price is cheaper compared to other brands. There are no additives or hazardous substances added. It's thick and creamy, good source of protein.

Very good value but can be a little bit bitter/sour sometimes. Seems to be better if you mix the whole tub through each time before serving
