Biocult probiotic milk drik. It come in a 5 pack of 65ml bottles and is 99% fat free. I drik it one or two time a week. It help to supports my gut health.

I haven't noticed any major difference between this brand and any other. I like the flavour of this one and I noticed that it is good for my bowel.

these are great. they taste like vanilla bean yoghurt but in liquid form. I almost prefer it over yakult

Much cheaper than Vitagen or Yakult delivering the same benefits as other probiotic drinks. Taste is a little light but not bad tasting. I drink one per day. Sometimes Aldi carries diff flavors, like blueberry or strawberry. This is the original. Recommended.
