Review of Broad Oak Farms Turkey Mince

Whilst a bit higher in fat than turkey breast mince, this turkey mince still makes for a great protein alternative if you’re cutting back on red meat. I use it to make meatballs and burger patties, it holds together and cooks well with a bit of egg and breadcrumb.
