These are a delicious snack full of vitamins and a power food. I love the crunch. They are nutty with a slight sweetness that is so versatile and I use them in a number of ways including baking, in smoothies, on cereal or just on their own. Highly recommend this product.

I use these pepitas in my overnight oats and they’re great for a bit of crunchy nutrition. We regularly buy these, and they’re easy to add to meals you’re making or things you’re baking. They’re also quite nice in DIY mixed nuts alongside sunflower seeds.
