These pepita seeds are good value for money, making for a great healthy snack (very nice with dehydrated dates). We mix them into our home made Museli. They also have some real good, healthy fats - good for the heart and are packed with vitamins.

Like as name given, Oh So Natural!!! Pepita seeds of this brand is the best. I tried many other products but not a single taste like Oh So Natural. It is the best.
