This is my favourite snack. I loved the special unique taste of pepitas, plus it's a healthy and nutritious snack that can be taken anytime of the day. It's so easy to eat as it has already been hulled. I just eat them as is as they are ready to eat.

Great in salads especially Green Goddess salad with cranberriesspinach leaves, cucumber, avocado, trio quinoa & shredded chicken.

healthy alternatives to snacking. taste good but it lacks the crunch. I feel that it would be better if it is toasted more so it is more crunchy. otherwise it is a healthy snacks that is high in protein and fibre

mix some pepita seeds with other cereals (but not those with lots of sugar) add milk and yoghurt plus prunes and raisins to your breakfast intake and you'll feel full for a long time.
