Puff Pastry is easy to make and delicious. I just make Spinach Pie with it. It’s delicious and my family loves it too. I always have it in my freezer.

this puff pastry was great I love that it wasn't hard to defrost to cook and the edges weren't bent. it has a great taste easy to cook with.

Elmsbury puff pastry is light, flaky, and bakes up golden with a nice buttery taste. It’s easy to work with and reliable for both sweet and savoury dishes. The only minor drawback is it’s not quite as rich as premium brands, but for the price it’s a great option.
