A budget-friendly dark ground coffee from Aldi with mixed opinions. Some drinkers find it strong and decent when brewed right, especially in plunger or filter styles, and appreciate the value. However, many others report it’s weak, lacking in aroma or flavour, and inconsistent batch to batch — not as rich or robust as higher-end dark roasts.

The taste of this coffee is very creamy & has a slight chocolatey flavour. I use it with a French plunger & find it very economical. I can’t start my day without it!
