Photo Review of Elmsbury Chunky Sous Vide Slow Cooked Beef 2-Pack

Both the beef and the chicken (chicken and Camembert) are delicious. I ignore the directions for the oven because I'm too impatient to wait 50 minutes. After five minutes (for 1, or seven minutes for 2) in the 900W microwave it's well cooked but you may burn your mouth if you're not careful. I think I prefer the chicken butt they are both delicious. Not very healthy without vegetables I suppose, but a great snack / half meal!
