Ricotto and spinach triangles. Triangle shaped made from puff pastry and filled with ricotta cheese and spinach. I love them them. I cook them in my air fryer. And serve them with a fresh green salad, they are great finger food. Great dietary Fibre and and iron. The family also love them served with fries and salad
