Good quality eggs, nice colour yolks and fresh enough for everyday cooking. Only downside was when I tried making ice cream custard and it split, which was a bit of a heartbreak. Still, I’d buy again for general use — just maybe not risking the fancy desserts.

These eggs are delicious boiled, scrambled or poached. I pop a boiled eggs in lunch boxes for a protein packed snack.They are great used in pasta carbonara too. I often need to check a few boxes at my local Aldi to ensure I don't have any broken eggs.
