These Lodge Farms barn laid eggs are my new go-to from the supermarket. The shells are consistently strong and easy to crack without a mess. Inside, the yolks are a lovely deep yellow and they have a really rich, authentic flavour that I appreciate. Whether I'm making fluffy scrambled eggs or a simple fried egg, they always turn out great. For the price, I find them to be excellent value and a noticeable step up from the standard budget brands. I'll definitely be buying them again.
