Cage free barn eggs are from hens who live in open indoor spaces which gives the hens a better quality of life . They can move around more then in cages . In a barn the cans are protected from predators or outdoors exposure to the elements. I buy these eggs as they are great quality and good colour yoke . Thay make great poached eggs on toast for me each morning .
