i think these eggs are superior compared to other store-bought eggs, with a more robust, richer flavor, comes with thicker shells, and a more vibrant yolk. This difference is prob due to the diet and living conditions of the hens, with free-range and pasture-raised birds producing eggs with higher nutritional value and better taste.

It is so hard to get eggs in some of the big supermarkets but my local Aldi always seem to have stock for us. We use them for an array of dishes: scrambled, boiled, poached. Endless options for a kitchen staple.
