Cage Eggs are allway fresh as they are all collected and none left behind. They come from hens that live in safe and stable environment with constant access to feed and fresh water all the time . Eggs are nutritious with a good source of protein, folate ,vitamin D,.A ,B12 ,E and iron. Having a egg each day is great healthy option
