the iceberg lettuce is large which is good as you do need to take the outer couple of leaves off as they tend to be slightly browning already. Itrm is fresh and crispy underneath though and does last in the fridge for a long time. This item is on my list most weeks and so recommend it.

I bought this iceberg lettuce from Aldi as it was on special and it is my favourite kind of lettuce. It is the lettuce variety I grew up eating and, although it might be a bit unfashionable these days, as well as not being as nutritious as some other varieties, I really like it. It is refreshing and nice on sandwiches, in salads and in other dishes such as tacos. We ate some in a side salad with a tuna bake and it was fresh and tasty.

This lettuce is crisp, clean, and surprisingly affordable at just $1.99. It's got a good crunch when it's fresh, but sometimes the outer leaves can be a bit less crisp. Overall, it's a solid value for its price.
