This bag of lettuce was purchased from Aldi. It's nicely packed in a bag that helps keeps in moisture and it's freshness. Hence the lettuce has really fresh and crunchy. I use the leaves as a wrap for my fried fish and chicken. A perfectly good match for a low carbs and low calories meal.
