It’s lettuce, it’s crunchy and watery and tastes fresh. I like to peel off the leaves and eat it in chunks and pretend I’m a slug, which is honestly very satisfying and I recommend it at least once. Good for sandwiches, egg & lettuce salad, other salads, or as a wrap.
