Photo Review of Green Cabbage Half

I love cabbage because it’s so versatile. It’s lovely and crisp when eaten fresh in salads but also delicious in a stir fry. This time I’m going to try adding it in the slow cooker in the final minutes of cooking as part of a Thai red curry recipe I have.
