Photo Review of Green Cabbage Half
The cabbage was really fresh. I just cut them into smaller pieces and blanch them for use in soups. As they do have a natural mild sweet taste, there isn't any need to add much seasoning to it. The only cons is that the surface of the cut area can turn mildly greyish if left out too long before cooking. So it's best to cook them earlier after purchase, rather than later.
