These nuts are so crunchy, beautifully salted and are so nutritious. They are great as a snack in between meals and are high in protein and good fats. I particularly like the cashews and almonds. Although there is a variety of nuts I think it would be so much better if they included some pistachios. They do have hazelnuts but only 2 or 3 in the whole packet. Most of the nuts are peanuts.
