it’s brown rice. I use it in a soup mixed with wild rice, ans it was delicious, it’s better for your guts than white rice. I cocked it in a rice cocker and it turned out perfect

brown rice from Aldi, a little cheaper than most of the competitors, probably from the same padi. I mainly use it in the pressure cooker with ofal and old veg, for dog food.
