I think we do spinach in almost every meal if not in every sandwich because it’s healthy and has high protein. My children enjoy it and when it’s cooked, they barely notice it whereas they generally pick it out when it comes in the sandwich.

super fresh and great for filling up salads and sandwiches. it goes without saying it’s best to wash these before use because I have occasionally found some dirt and small insects in the leaves but that’s normal for all fresh produce.
