The fresh salad co-baby spinach is a really good value by I found that it kept quite well in the bag. It stayed nice and fresh and I was able to get a couple of salads out of it by mixing it through with other leaves.

This spinach is certainly bang for your buck! I use this as a tasty alternative in salads. I add it to stir fries and lasagne. As it starts to age, I give it a quick steam and make my own frozen spinach cubes!

Fresh spinach is useful to have on hand for so many recipes and this baby spinach is very good. The spinach is already washed, although I always give it a rinse under the tap and pat dry or just add straight into the pan to cook. I definitely rate this baby spinach for taste and value and will buy again.
