Plain raw healthy carrots. I’m not normally a fan of carrots but I’ve been obsessed with this slow cooker recipe with lean mince and carrots. It’s so delicious when the carrots are cooked through and soft, leaving an almost sweet flavour to contrast lean beef mince. Also great with dips and in stews.
