Carrot were very fresh and easy to peel. Threw them in the air fryer for a quick roast vegetable to pair with some chicken and it was nice and sweet the balance out the savoury dish.

Carrots are great and beautiful to have in stews, juices salads etc. I do wish that they stayed fresher for longer and sometimes there are really small ones in there.

I love these carrots. They are super vibrant in color. They are firm and crunchy so they are fresh. I love crunching in these when raw as a snack and dipping them in hommus. I also love baking them and also use them in stir fry’s and casseroles. I think carrots are a staple vegetable and they are so healthy. My dog also likes to eat them and it’s great for cleaning her teeth.
